Everything is Connected. There's a global campaign against "Gender Criminals"

The United Kingdom seems to be getting worse. It was never really good, per se, but to look at what the EHRC just released with anything other than suspicion, is to deny the truth in what we see happening. On April 25th, 2025, the EHRC released guidance on the UK Supreme Court that implements Donald Trump’s “two genders” executive order.

What these regulations did in the United States, they now do, courtesy of Starmer and the UK Labor Party, in the United States. They overwrite legal precedent in the country, replacing it with a framework to destroy the public life of anyone that is intersex or transgender. They both use the same attack (trans women are ‘biological men,’ trans men are ‘biological women,’ intersex people are legendary forest creatures that we speak of only in tales of high fantasy.) If taken as the EHRC recommends, public facilities will be inaccessible for those people.

But why? Why is the legal argument the same? Why is the goal the same? Why do both have the same fingerprints (biology at a grade 4 level, ideologically implemented, overruling law with judiciary action rather than state or, in the UK’s case, parliamentary action?) Why was the case brought by “For Women Scotland” funded by one of the wealthiest women on the planet, a known bigot, and the one in the US supported by the wealthiest man in the world via his Department of Government Efficiency?

Why are Keir Starmer and Trump negotiating trade deals with the bargaining chip being hate speech laws in the UK?

Did I mention that this happens to be going on while Orbán bans pride in Hungary, and also does the same legalization of discrimination with a “two genders” provision?

Is it coincidental that New Zealand First have quietly pulled their bathroom ban bill and reintroduced a new bill... defining two—

genders?

Authoritarians, literally across the globe, all marching in lockstep to stamp out the rights of a small group of people who had finally started receiving some recognition.
All of them using the same words and phrases that until a few years earlier were relegated to incestuous hate rallies and TERF message boards.

“We have to de-woke our lives.
Woke is a mind virus. Woke is what is wrong.”

“Gender, which is simple biological fact.”
“These DEI policies are discriminatory.
We want to hire based on merit only.”

All of these are loaded, and completely destroyed by the simplest observations.
The word “woke” means whatever the fascist wants it to mean. It can mean simply acknowledging trans and intersex people exist. It can mean advocating for Black and Indigenous voices. It can mean avocado toast. *The phrase “simple biological fact” means to erase the bimodal—

distribution model of gender. It simplifies something utterly complex and scary while assuring to people who are not as aware of the subjects, that their suppositions of simplicity are sufficient. They need not look further.

DEI is another co-opted thing, a buzzword that used to mean something but no longer does. It stands in for a slur when someone is in polite company. It is the Diet Coke version of Nancy Mace screaming the T-slur in a helpless college student’s face.

These, along with other language (not a trans person, but “transgenderism”), seek to create a shared dialect of bigotry beneath the eye of the public. They can coordinate legislation, coordinate tactics, coordinate exclusion, using carefully crafted memetics to make them become acceptable. Think “funny cat memes” and “All Your Base” jokes but with destroying people. It’s visible in all of the latest legislation and the latest legal briefings.

In a few months, I’m sure that even in Australia, we will be hearing enthusiastic hard right politicians use some of the same templates, as US bigotry is exported. It will be used as a bargaining wedge in tariff legislation or just cultural alignment as people line up to praise Trump and evangelicals behind the scenes. Slowly, phrases like “child mutilation” will begin to leak into discourse to convince the larger audiences that youth gender care very rarely is anything more than talk therapy and affirmation. It will be used more and more to capitalize on the psychological effect of repetition.

So we see the EHRC in the UK using the same memetics (“Biological.” Please.)
Really, all of this exposes that they have been compromised by the same people in the same exact social and political groups.
To recognize that is the first step in understanding who is funding the global campaign against human rights for the intersex and trans populations.

5: Complicity Won’t Buy Safety

When asked whether trans women were indeed women, only a few years ago, the answer among MPs was voiced. Even then, Jeremy Corbyn challenged Theresa May to allow people to self-identify as transgender without having to go through medical checks.
The tone has changed completely in some places. As old allies are attacked for standing by marginal communities, they may believe that their silence will buy them some clout with their new masters. They may be caving to threats beyond what we can see. Money can be a powerful tool to influence or dissuade someone from taking a stance.

It became clear that there was something happening politically when several people in the U.S. government were threatened with being primaried by The Richest Man on the planet. And then, Senator Lisa Murkowski goes on record saying that she’s in fear of retaliation if she’s using her voice in Washington. Thom—

Tillis mentions getting death threats. With their elected positions, their livelihoods, and even their lives being threatened behind the scenes, it’s possible that at least some of the global fight for trans and intersex rights is being funded by people who are also using their wealth to back ideological primary opponents.

It’s possible that all of this comes from a select few people who wield an amazing amount of power, both in the propaganda that they spread and the money that they can muster to get their way.

But in the end, those that sacrifice their principles should know that it will not end with me or my trans brothers, sisters, and others. Compromising on all human rights are on the table; these are the easiest fights to win first. The proof is in the fact that now that UK TERF groups have won gender, now they are going after immigrants.

It never ends, and it will simply keep rolling until another group and another is marked for deletion. The only way to stand up for one’s self is to stand for everyone else.
